Incident Log is the damage diary in the AVB RaceLabs Pit Kit. Each entry records a date, What broke / happened, the Event / session, the Cause, the Repair cost in pounds and optional notes. Once any cost is entered, a Season damage total card appears above the list, adding up every repair cost you have logged. Each incident in the list shows what broke, with its date, event, cause and cost underneath.
A karting season wears out more than tyres. Bent axles, cracked side pods and T1 contacts add up, and the bill is easy to forget once the kart is repaired. A dated record turns "this chassis feels tired" into evidence: how many hits it has taken, where they happened and what they cost. That record helps you decide whether to keep repairing a chassis or replace it.
The tool is linked to the rest of the Pit Kit. Every incident with a repair cost appears in Season Budget as a read-only line in the Damage category, labelled with what broke, so you never type the same spend twice. You edit the cost in Incident Log itself, and the budget picks up the change. Its built-in help also suggests checking Spares Inventory before you order a replacement part.
Incidents are saved on your phone and work offline, which helps when you are logging damage in the paddock straight after a session. Free accounts can log 10 incidents and can always edit existing ones. Premium removes the limit and adds PitSync cloud backup and restore.
