Season Budget is the spending log in the AVB RaceLabs Pit Kit. Each spend line has a Category, a date, an Amount (£) and an optional What for note. The categories are Entry fees, Tyres, Fuel & oil, Engine rebuilds, Parts, Damage, Travel and Other. At the top, a card shows the Season total and the spend in each category, sorted from largest to smallest. Underneath is a dated History of every line, newest first.
Karting costs are spread thin: an entry here, a set of slicks there, fuel, a rebuild, a long drive to a national round. Few families or drivers know the real total until they add it up. Seeing it by category shows you where the money is going and gives you numbers to plan next season with.
Two categories fill themselves. Rebuild costs logged against an engine in Engine Hours appear as Engine rebuilds lines named after the engine, such as "X30 top-end rebuild". Repair costs from Incident Log appear under Damage. These linked lines have a link icon, count towards the totals and are edited in their own tools, so nothing is entered twice. To see all your Pit Kit spending in one figure, the separate Running cost tool adds everything up.
Spend lines are saved on your phone and work offline, so you can log fuel at the pump or an entry fee at sign-on. Free accounts can log 20 spend lines of their own. Linked rebuild and damage lines do not count towards that limit. Premium lifts the cap and adds PitSync cloud backup.
