Mechanic's Library is a kart setup and mechanics guide built into the app. It holds 23 hand-written reference cards in five categories. Setup effects explains caster, camber, front and rear track width, rear axle stiffness, seat position, tyre pressures, ride height and sprocket size. How-to jobs walks through chain alignment and tension, changing a sprocket, two-stroke carburettor basics, bleeding the brakes and fitting a seat for a growing driver. Torque & specs covers wheel nuts, and engine mount and seat bolts. Troubleshooting covers an engine that bogs off corners, a kart that throws chains, understeer, oversteer, vibration under braking and an engine that won't start. Wet weather has a full dry-to-wet conversion checklist.
Why it matters at the track: setup changes interact, and in the paddock there is rarely time to look things up. The cards teach the direction of each change (more caster gives more front bite and heavier steering, for example) so you can reason about the next adjustment rather than guess.
Each card opens to show its aim, numbered How to steps and, where relevant, Common faults & fixes. How-to jobs carry a rough time, from about 5 minutes for chain alignment to about 45 for a seat fitting. Some cards carry a caveat, such as using your chassis or engine manual's torque table.
Search across every card or filter with the category chips; try "understeer", "chain" or "wet". The content ships with the app, so it works with no signal. It is general guidance only: always defer to your chassis or engine manual, your engine builder and your club scrutineer.
