Tyre Sets tracks each physical set of kart tyres across its whole life. Every set gets a card with its name, brand and compound, type (slick, wet or intermediate), heat cycles and condition, and optionally a barcode, a registered track, a race-meeting allowance and the race day it is saved for.
Kart tyres lose grip with heat cycles long before the tread is gone, so the cycle count is the honest age of a set. Tap +1 cycle after each session; the cycle pill turns amber at 10. Move the condition from New (stickers) through Scrubbed, Good and Worn to Retired as the set ages. Worn shows amber, retired shows red, and retired sets drop to the bottom of the list as history, without the +1 buttons.
Some clubs register a set to one track with a limited number of meetings. Pick the registered track, set Meetings allowed (0 means no limit) and tap +1 meeting after each round: the pill turns amber when one meeting is left and red once the allowance is used. To keep qualifying tyres for qualifying, the Saved for event field lists your upcoming events from Race Weekends.
Adding a set opens the phone's camera to scan the barcode on the tyre first; cancel and you go straight to the form. Scan barcode in the top bar finds the matching set, or offers to create one with that code. Active set names appear as quick picks in the Tyre Pressures log, and Sync from profile imports sets from your AVB RaceLabs profile when you are signed in and online. Everything else is stored on the phone and works with no signal.
