Race Weekends is the season planner in the AVB RaceLabs Pit Kit. Each race meeting gets one card with its title, track and race date, plus the dates that paper always loses: the entry deadline and everything that has to be ordered before the van leaves. Events sort into Upcoming and Completed, so the whole season reads top to bottom.
At club level the costly mistakes happen before you reach the circuit. A missed entry deadline means late fees, and slicks that arrive the day after the race are no use. Each upcoming card shows an "Enter by" pill that turns amber inside two weeks and red once the deadline has passed, and a "to order" count coloured by the most urgent needed-by date.
Saving an event schedules reminders on the phone itself, with no server involved: at 09:00 seven days and one day before the entry deadline, and at 09:00 three days before and on the needed-by date for every unticked order item that has a date. Each event holds up to 16 reminders. Deleting an event cancels them. If you refuse notifications, the amber and red pills still do the job in the app.
The same card holds a timetable note, your finishing position and notes, and buttons that open the Race Day Packing and Scrutineering Check tools. Race dates, entry deadlines and unticked order dates also appear on the app's calendar, and Tyre Sets lets you save a set for any upcoming event. Everything is stored on your phone and works with no signal.
